Mikhalkov’s apartment is located in the historical center of Moscow - in Maly Kozikhinsky Lane. The house in which it is located belongs to historical sites. It was built in 1904. According to rough estimates by experts, the price of this elite real estate of Nikita Sergeevich is 300 million rubles.
Next to the city apartment is Mikhalkov’s TriTe studio. It is located in an elite residential complex on Patriarch Ponds. In 2010, a scandal occurred during the construction of an elite complex due to the fact that for new buildings it was necessary to demolish old houses of historical value. The name of Nikita Mikhalkov appeared in the scandal.
The apartment with a total area of 207 m² has not been reconstructed. The owner believes that this makes no sense, since her interiors look excellent. The filmmaker himself loves free space and adheres to minimalism in the setting.
The only reconstruction was the installation of blowers for the fireplace, which required the collection of a large number of permits, since the layout of the house did not provide for it.

Manor in the village of Nikolina Gora
The Mikhalkovs House on Nikolina Gora was built in the 20s of the last century. The village was organized as a place of suburban residence of Soviet artists.
In Soviet times, until the second half of the twentieth century, real estate in this place of the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region was not considered elite.

The village was organized on the site of an old cemetery. The Mikhalkov family settled here in 1949, when famous figures of Soviet art began to live in the village:

During the time that has passed since the construction, the wooden house has dilapidated, and Nikita Sergeyevich completely reconstructed it.
The estate has an area of 554 m². For guests specially built guest houses. In addition, there are farm buildings on the estate.
Manor Mikhalkov on Nikitin Hill today is estimated at 400 million rubles.

Exterior and interior of a country house
The owner chose a combination of old and modern details as the direction in the design of the facade and interior. The facade with columns was finished with various materials:
- brick;
- a stone;
- marble.
The interiors of the premises are decorated with wood. An array of walnut was used for this. In the House there is:

- kitchen-dining room;
- study;
- bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a dining room combined with a kitchen. In it, furniture is made to order from valuable species of wood.It blends harmoniously with wicker furniture. The central place is reserved for a large dining round table.
The living room is designed in a classic style. There is a fireplace, a white piano and upholstered furniture with velvet upholstery.
The territory adjacent to the estate is decorated with a large number of flower beds, between which paths are laid. The director’s garden is decorated in the English style.
Next to Nikita Sergeyevich lives his older brother Andron Konchalovsky with his family.
In addition to Moscow real estate, Nikita Sergeevich owns a Spanish villa, where the director’s family spends time on vacation. The approximate cost of the foreign residence of Mikhalkov is 14 million euros.
