The investigation was carried out using a quadrocopter, which photographed the location of the president’s cottage. According to the data received, at the Lodochnaya station, which is located near the city of Vyborg (Leningrad Region), a new summer house was built, which supposedly is intended for the president to stay.

There is information that Putin rested at this cottage more than once in the company of his friends. In addition, local residents confirm the whereabouts of Putin’s dacha. The cottage is fenced with a high fence, security guards, video cameras.

In one of the conversations with the builder, who participated in the reconstruction of the estate, it turned out that at the entrance to all even cell phones were taken away. The area of the land on which the cottage stands is 48.5 hectares. The house has 3 floors. There is also a helipad and a pier.

It is reported that the villa "Singren" was built at the beginning of the XX century according to the project of one famous architect. Previously, the place was used for filming movies, as even the nature itself around has to it. There was even a film about Sherlock Holmes. According to the scenario, a German spy lived in the house.

The secret villa began to be reconstructed in 2011. Criminal authority Ilya Traber was involved in the construction, which, according to Navalny, in the 90s of the last century was closely connected with the mayor of Leningrad. The plot of land where the president’s dacha is located is leased by Sergei Rudny, the son of the head of the Baltic media group, who is called Putin’s long-time friend.

The builders who were engaged in the reconstruction of the cottage, in the construction documentation designated it as the residence of the highest command of the city of Vyborg. According to Navalny, there are:

guest house 1500 sq. meters;
the villa itself is 745 sq. m. meters, but there is still an additional wing, which was completed;
pier.

The villa overlooks Vyborg Bay. The territory is well-groomed with lots of green spaces.
