Singer and composer Oleg Gazmanov has real estate in several countries. He owns a house-ship in the suburbs, a spacious estate in sunny Italy and apartments in Latvia. Therefore, he and family members can live here and there. It all depends on the season and the working schedule of the star.

Tuscany estate

From childhood, Gazmanov was read by Spartak and dreamed of living in Italy. At the first opportunity, he acquired land for construction and began to implement ideas in life. The artist’s villa is located in a beautiful place, among picturesque meadows and vibrant nature.

The villa is built from environmentally friendly, breathable materials. Oleg and his wife Marina were directly involved in the design of the mansion. The windows of the building, located on a hilly area, offer a magnificent view.

What is in the house and on its territory

Spacious kitchen, looks like a cave, but the room is equipped with modern appliances. When the singer arrives at the estate, invites the cook, he prepares delicious dishes of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

The bedroom, however, like all rooms in the house, is designed in a calm color scheme. For those who want to relax in the fresh air behind the house, a specially equipped playground. Well-maintained paths of fine gravel lead to it. The gorgeous orchard of fruit trees, broken on the site, pleases the owners with fresh, environmentally friendly fruits.

A luxurious outdoor pool helps Gazmanov feel absolute unity with nature. Fonts with cool water are provided for hot weather. If you look at the estate from the outside, you get the feeling that you’re in a medieval castle whose walls hide an interesting story.

House in the suburbs

With the birth of the daughter of Marianne Oleg Gazmanov seriously thought about how to live closer to nature. The artist’s country house is located in the Serebryany Bor forest reserve on the banks of the beautiful Lake Endless.

The building project was handled by the wife of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation. However, it was not difficult for her, since she is a professional designer. As planned by the owners, a kitchen, a dining room (it’s a living room) and a music studio with windows overlooking the lawn and forest are located on the ground floor.

On the second floor, in addition to living rooms and utility rooms, there is an office-library. Now she is most often visited by the youngest son of Oleg Gazmanov. There, the boy draws and stores ready-made paintings.

From the windows of the living room offers a gorgeous view of the greenhouse, attached to the side of the house. In fact, it is small, but because of the glass roof it seems as if a whole botanical garden of impressive size has been laid out nearby. And around the house - a perfectly trimmed lawn.

If you go outside the gates of the mansion, a picturesque view of the pine forest opens. In it, Gazmanov makes jogging or cycling every morning. Sometimes alone, sometimes in the company of Rodion's eldest son.

The love of a popular artist for navigation is clearly evident in the design of the house. Evidence of this - a real helm and ship's bell, installed on the balcony of the second floor.

Oleg Gazmanov owns an apartment on the Riga seaside. But since 2014, he cannot use it because of the ban on entry into the territory of Lithuania. The busy touring schedule and problems with visas do not allow him to re-register or sell luxury apartments.

Judging by the location and design of Gazmanov’s houses, it becomes clear that freedom, spaciousness and remoteness from the bustle of the city are exactly what the wide soul of a national artist needs.
